Lead medium
and large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope and budget, and meeting quality standards;
Serve as the primary point of contact between business areas, project teams, and executive leadership;
Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators;
Lead governance and status meetings for local and global stakeholders;
Manage risks, impediments, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle;
Foster alignment across functions, ensuring clear and effective communication;
Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or higher;
Active PMP certification;
Agile certification;
Fluent in English;
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects;
Experience working with business areas such as Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, or Operations;
Experience with predictive (waterfall), agile, or hybrid methodologies;
Strong stakeholder management skills and executive-level communication;
Advanced or fluent Spanish;
Certification in Change Management;
Program Management certification;
Experience in multinational environments;
Experience in process transformation or organizational transformation projects.
