User Experience / User Interface Designer

The Judge Group is seeking a Product Designer to support the modernization of legacy transaction experiences. This role is highly execution-focused and requires a designer who excels in production work and applying design systems to complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Modernize legacy transaction pages by aligning them with the current design system
• Translate existing user experiences into clean, scalable, system-driven designs
• Execute design tasks within sprint cycles, owning work from concept through delivery
• Produce high-quality design deliverables, including annotated files and responsive layouts
• Collaborate closely with a content strategist to ensure clarity and consistency across user flows
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate with minimal oversight

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in product design or UX / UI design
• Strong focus on execution, design craft, and production quality
• Experience working within established design systems and UI patterns
• Ability to take direction and independently deliver complete solutions
• High attention to detail, especially in layout, spacing, and consistency
• Proficiency with Figma and component-based design workflows
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
• Experience working on complex workflows or transaction-based interfaces
• Familiarity with agile environments and sprint-based delivery
