Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives. This role will be responsible for functional support, testing coordination, issue resolution, and operational stabilization activities across Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications, regression testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support within integrated enterprise environments.
The Oracle ERP Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure system stability, testing quality, and operational readiness for ongoing Oracle implementation and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle ERP / EPM / SCM Support
- Provide functional, operational, and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM modules, including Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes.
- Support Oracle Fusion SCM and Inventory activities, including configuration validation, issue triage, and operational readiness testing.
- Assist with support and stabilization efforts related to Oracle Phase 2 implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, integrations, and related environments.
- Collaborate with business users, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve functional and system issues.
- Participate in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Validate system functionality and support deployment readiness initiatives.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with Oracle ERP Analysts, project teams, and implementation partners on regression testing for Oracle quarterly releases and deployment activities.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts, test cases, and testing scenarios across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business and functional teams.
- Validate defect fixes and perform retesting across integrated Oracle environments.
- Assist in developing risk-based testing strategies and test coverage plans.
- Document test results, defects, remediation efforts, and associated risks.
- Support testing activities for integrations, interfaces, workflows, reports, and security roles.
- Contribute to improving testing processes, governance, and standardization within the Oracle ecosystem.
Project & Operational Support
- Support Oracle quarterly release validation, deployment readiness, and testing coordination activities.
- Assist with environment validation following patches, refreshes, configuration updates, and migrations.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams on configuration validation and migration support.
- Participate in project status meetings, issue review discussions, and operational planning sessions.
- Provide process documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and SCM modules.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, or stabilization efforts.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, regression testing, and UAT coordination.
- Experience creating and executing test scripts and documenting defects.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud integrations, workflows, interfaces, and security concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly release testing activities.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Planning, Budgeting, Inventory, and Cost Management modules.
- Experience working within integrated ERP/EPM/SCM environments.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Prior experience supporting post-go-live hypercare activities.
- Experience working with implementation partners and cross-functional enterprise teams.
