Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Enterprise Engineering Services product management organization. In this role, you will manage a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving the execution of multi-year roadmaps in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of 8+ product managers across multiple product areas within Enterprise Engineering Services
- Set team direction and ensure individual PM roadmaps align to EES strategy, OCI priorities, and Oracle's enterprise security objectives
- Establish and maintain rigorous PM practices across the team — including requirements definition, roadmap management, OKR setting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder communication standards
- Partner with engineering and architecture leadership to ensure the EES product portfolio is technically sound, scalable, and delivering against commitments
- Serve as the senior PM voice in executive and cross-functional forums, representing EES product priorities to OCI leadership and internal stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across HR, legal, compliance, security, and business units to synthesize competing needs into coherent product strategies
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer empathy, and data-informed decision making across the PM team
- Identify and close capability gaps through hiring, mentorship, structured onboarding, and ongoing coaching and development
- Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for each product area; hold the team accountable to measurable adoption, reliability, and user satisfaction outcomes
- Manage cross-product dependencies and tradeoffs at the portfolio level, ensuring coherent roadmap sequencing and resource allocation
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to all audiences — from engineering teams to senior OCI leadership
Requirements:
