You lead and coach a team of consultants
You support proposal processes, drive business development activities, and actively contribute to thought leadership on strategic topics
As a project manager, you take independent responsibility for topics that interest you, develop areas of focus, and continuously expand your expertise
Requirements
Extensive relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a related field
Knowledge of stakeholder and project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
Several years of leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Proven network and several years' experience in project sales, particularly in new client acquisition and in expanding and maintaining client relationships
Strong professional positioning as a thought leader, with the ability to advance client topics through forward-looking insights and contribute to market and business development
Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field
