They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential customers, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain sales activity records, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. Conduct market research and build prospect lists
- Schedule product demonstrations. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries. Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Hubspot. Track key metrics and report on progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Industry Player activities, and best practices in sales
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone and email etiquette
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and overcome challenges, and find creative solutions
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with other relevant sales technologies
