Payroc is a global payments technology company that helps businesses get paid and operate smarter. The Product Manager, Commercialization & Product Operations will align cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and operationalization, focusing on managing product intake, prioritization, and visibility into timelines and risks.
Responsibilities:
- Support alignment of product roadmap items with target customers, use cases, and business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional planning and coordination for product and feature launches
- Track launch readiness across key stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Training)
- Maintain and support standardized launch frameworks, timelines, and readiness criteria
- Structure and manage intake of product requests; organize inputs from all relevant sources
- Synthesize demand signals into clear themes and inputs for prioritization discussions
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to track progress using Craft and Jira
- Maintain visibility into dependencies, risks, and key milestones across initiatives
- Escalate blockers and misalignments to appropriate stakeholders
- Gather and summarize post-launch feedback from Sales, Support, and customers
- Track early indicators such as adoption, usability issues, and sales feedback
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product operations and commercialization processes
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or program management with direct involvement in product launches
- Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated B2B environments
- Demonstrated exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle, including launch coordination and post-launch evaluation
- Experience supporting cross-functional commercialization efforts (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Craft, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights
- Working knowledge of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and B2B buying behavior
- Effective communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and surface risks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
