Shoulder Innovations is a medical device startup that is revolutionizing shoulder replacements. We’re seeking a curious, strategic, and collaborative Downstream Marketing, Product Manager who is excited to shape and execute marketing strategy for our shoulder arthroplasty and ProVoyance portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Support product trouble shooting, software updates and best practices
- Analyze product performance metrics and driving data-informed decisions
- Engage with customers, sales teams, and key stakeholders to gather insights
- Plan and travel to industry meetings to showcase product portfolio and messaging
- Own downstream marketing strategy for preoperative planning software
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth for shoulder arthroplasty portfolio
- Partner with sales leadership to create account targeting strategies and commercial playbooks
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer usage data to inform strategy
- Support field sales teams on product features, positioning, and objection handling
- Partner with clinical specialists to ensure consistent messaging and effective product demonstrations
- Support key customer engagements, including product rollouts and strategic accounts
- Translate complex hardware and software capabilities into customer-facing messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, consulting, product management, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of time
- Experience supporting product launches or commercial initiatives
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and marketing frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
