Worldpay is one of the biggest names in payments, and they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their MSFI team. The role involves researching and identifying potential leads, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools)
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential fit for our products/services
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
