Principal Business Consultant - Global Analytics

Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and Business Consulting. As a Principal Consultant in the Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI, focusing on reshaping operating models and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams
• Lead and own Business Development for Global Analytics, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
• Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
• Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Global Analytics to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Deep domain knowledge in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Also possess a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Previous analyst-level work and possess a working knowledge of SQL and/or Python to support project teams
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
