Role Overview

• Search for and confirm travel reservations for customers
• Possess a strong understanding of client travel policies and consistently provide policy consultation to customers
• Fulfill all requests related to regulatory requirements
• Provide clients with required industry information, such as lowest fares, fare change fees, and penalties
• Identify opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and recommend improvements
• Maintain, actively communicate, and continuously expand knowledge of the various travel sectors supported

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Travel Agent
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre, with strong AIR knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
