Vista is the industry leader in personalized physical and digital products. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their HR Technology team to design and support high-scale interfaces for their proprietary platform, focusing on building secured RESTful APIs and managing complex integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for HR technology
- Build cloud-native, distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and data integrity
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks
- Optimize engineering velocity and code quality by leveraging AI-assisted development tools
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and partner teams to translate business needs into well-designed technical solutions
- Take ownership of features from design through production, including operational readiness
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system resilience and performance
- Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with relevant tools and languages, specifically C#
- Experience operating high-traffic, business-critical systems
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini)
- Experience in cloud services(AWS Preferred)
- Proven ability to automate workflows and build robust testing suites
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- A proactive learner with a passion for mastering and implementing emerging technologies
- Analytical thinker who solves complex challenges with creative, scalable solutions
