Legacy.com is a company focused on digital communications and marketing strategies. They are seeking an Associate Manager-Marketing Digital Communications to drive engagement and satisfaction among customers through personalized communications across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, win-back)
- Deliver targeted, behavior-based messaging across lifecycle stages
- Manage communications across email, SMS, in-app, web, and account portals
- Support proactive communications tied to milestones, upgrades, renewals, service changes, and always-on programs
- Partner with customer relationship management (CRM) and digital teams to ensure triggered, personalized messaging
- Translate product, service, and policy updates into clear, customer-friendly messaging
- Balance promotional, educational, and service communications
- Ensure tone supports trust, transparency, and long-term relationships
- Maintain messaging frameworks and scalable templates
- Ensure all communications meet brand, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Partner cross-functionally to align customer communications across the organization
- Coordinate messaging for service updates, outages, billing changes, and feature enhancements
- Ensure customers receive consistent information across touchpoints
- Drive internal alignment around customer communication strategy
- Track and analyze engagement metrics (open rate, click-through rate (CTR), churn, retention, adoption)
- Use insights to refine segmentation, cadence, and relevance
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies
- Drive improvements in retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and reduction of inbound inquiries
- Monitor net promoter score (NPS) and other customer health indicators
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
- 4+ years' experience in marketing communications, CRM, or customer lifecycle marketing
- Strong experience with: Email and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe, Braze, etc.)
- Customer segmentation and journey‑based messaging
- Cross‑functional project management
- Data‑driven approach to optimizing customer engagement
