The Monteith Group is a growing insurance organization expanding into new markets nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with an interest in sales leadership and team development to engage with qualified clients in a B2C sales environment primarily through virtual and phone-based meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified prospective clients to present insurance solutions
- Conduct virtual and phone-based sales meetings
- Learn and follow a structured, proven sales process
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Support team growth through mentorship and leadership development (as applicable)
- Attend required virtual meetings and occasional in-person training events
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience required; B2C sales experience preferred
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, or sales management
- Ability to follow established processes and accept coaching
- Reliable, self-directed work habits
- Active Life and/or Health insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one (step-by-step direction provided)
- Comfort using Zoom, phone systems, and CRM tools
