Epic Escapes with Shonda is seeking a friendly and organized Remote Customer Service Representative / Travel Agent to help clients plan unforgettable travel experiences. The role involves assisting clients with travel bookings, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with planning and booking vacations including cruises, resorts, flights, hotels, and vacation packages
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms
• Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget
• Research destinations, travel options, and promotions
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and booking information
• Handle travel changes, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally
• Promote travel deals, special offers, and new destinations
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment

• Previous travel industry experience
