Accenture is a leading professional services company, and they are seeking a Marketing Engagement Associate Manager to oversee marketing initiatives and develop strategic program roadmaps. The role involves managing contracts and analyzing competitive industry landscapes to inform strategy development and execution.
Responsibilities:
- You will execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders
- You will oversee all aspects of marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
- Operates independently to provide quality work
- Has experience in departmental budgetary management
- Has the ability to incorporate feedback into work and have a continuous improvement mindset
- Has experience with taking an initial set of guidelines and proactively moving forward with a project
- Gathers business requirements, identify needs, identify gaps and work with cross functional teams to solve issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in marketing operations, credit, acquisitions, product development or analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with CRM Systems, i.e. SFMC, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo
- Experience in working in a highly regulated industry, (FDA, EPA, CDC)
- Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRs
- Experience working with and or leading cross functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals
- Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
