The Digital Stronghold is a modern commerce collective focused on high-performance menswear brands. They are seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Social Performance Marketing to manage and optimize paid social campaigns, driving qualified traffic and improving conversion performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads platforms
- Manage campaign types including ASC, Traffic, and DPA campaigns
- Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, placements, and creative performance to improve KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Support paid search initiatives as needed across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and performance trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Support a structured test-and-learn environment through A/B testing across creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
- Contribute to incrementality testing and performance measurement efforts
- Conduct competitive analysis and competitor ad research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Partner closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, UX, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with promotional calendars and business priorities
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual creative aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Work with eCommerce and UX teams to improve landing page experiences and conversion outcomes
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Support accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting across platforms
- Utilize tools such as GA4, Tableau, Data Studio, Quicksight, Dataorama, or similar reporting platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok Ads
- Experience with ecommerce performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with ASC, Traffic, and DPA campaign structures
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar reporting tools
- High attention to detail across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads is a plus
- Experience working within Shopify-based eCommerce environments preferred
