Alert Enterprise is a fast-growing enterprise software company redefining physical security and identity management. They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales success across North America and help build a strong, qualified pipeline by connecting with new enterprise prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identity target accounts and key decision makers in enterprise organizations
- Engage prospects through a combination of outbound channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and support in territory planning and pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine messaging and outreach campaigns tailored to each language and market
- Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce)
- Represent Alert Enterprise with professionalism, curiosity, and a drive to solve security and identity management challenges for global organizations
Requirements:
- Based in the U.S. with a preference for candidates located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central timezones
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a customer-facing role (SaaS experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- A self-starter mindset – proactive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CloudTalk, ZoomInfo, Loom, or similar is a plus
