Create sales strategies, negotiate and close deals with small and medium public sector clients.
Understand clients’ needs and be resourceful in finding solutions quickly.
Collaborate with Wellhub’s marketing/branding team to continuously improve sales assets.
Manage the pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activities using Salesforce.com to ensure maximum efficiency and visibility.
Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for all new clients.
Constantly seek ways to innovate our sales process and product offering.
Requirements
Must reside in São Paulo.
Required to attend the office at least 4 times per month.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Previous experience serving public sector clients, managing client relationships and sales—particularly with municipalities and state governments, the judiciary and legislative branches—is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and manage territory/routes as needed.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Ability to monitor data, analyze reports and drive results.
Ability to analyze and improve current work processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a fast-evolving global business environment.
Experience selling HR solutions, Wellness/Health products or Corporate Benefits is a plus.
Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
Knowledge of Brazilian government procurement and public contracting laws and procedures (Law 14.133/21) is a plus.
English fluency is not required but considered a plus.
