Electronics Manufacturing Engineer | Remote

CodeGeniusRecruit is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to build realistic manufacturing environments that reflect enterprise workflows. The role involves designing multi-step tasks across various engineering processes and collaborating with experts to refine task specifications and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Build realistic electronics manufacturing environments reflecting enterprise workflows and systems
• Design multi-step tasks across semiconductor design, PCB manufacturing, and hardware engineering processes
• Create and organize artifacts such as schematics, BOMs, test reports, and validation documents
• Collaborate with domain experts to refine task scope, realism, and evaluation criteria
• Develop structured task specifications to evaluate system performance in complex hardware workflows

Requirements:

• Strong experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware engineering, or semiconductor systems
• Strong experience in PCB design, fabrication, test engineering, or supply chain operations
• Strong experience in engineering tools, simulation platforms, or manufacturing systems
• Strong ability to create and interpret engineering artifacts (schematics, reports, BOMs)
• Strong analytical and written communication skills with structured problem-solving ability
