Responsibilities:
- Converse with the model on field scenarios and theoretical civil engineering questions

- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's in civil engineering or a closely related engineering field
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, transportation systems, environmental engineering, construction management, fluid mechanics, urban planning, and materials science
- Experience with load-bearing design, finite element analysis, hydrology and drainage systems, soil-structure interaction, sustainability assessments, earthquake-resistant structures, and CAD-based project planning
- Ability to converse with the model on field scenarios and theoretical civil engineering questions
- Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Ability to capture reproducible error traces
