The Senior Manager, Customer Success & Implementation is responsible for post-sales onboarding and success, overseeing implementation and customer success teams across EMEA, and ensuring alignment with the global strategy while tailoring approaches to regional needs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for all EMEA-specific needs, nuances, and priorities relating to Customer Success and Implementation, including variance by country within region
- Partner closely with regional Sales leadership and broader EMEA leadership to ensure adequate coverage, alignment against strategic priorities, and a seamless customer experience
- Oversee SMB, MM, and SA implementation, Customer training, and Customer Success teams across EMEA, driving strong execution on customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with the global strategy and tailoring approaches to regional needs
