Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in managing multi-team/enterprise-wide projects
• Ability to translate objectives into project and action plans
• Demonstrated success by delivering key projects
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage project scope, resources, risks, issues, budget, and timelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to implement project management best practices
• Ability to facilitate issues and appropriately resolve conflict
• Continuous improvement mindset and striving to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Eager to understand the fundamental drivers of the business
• Detail-oriented with the ability to understand, document, and communicate nuances

• Healthcare, SaaS, or First Responder industry experience
• Experience in working with all areas within a software company
• Strong understanding of project management best practices
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience working with executive level leadership within an organization
• Self-starter who identifies, negotiates, and solves problems
• Significant project, process, stakeholder, budget, and risk management experience
• Strong change management skills, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change
