Technical Project Manager

Kforce Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives, focusing on Azure cloud migration programmes. This role requires a strong self-starter who can independently drive delivery and ensure successful migration outcomes across a distributed team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of on-prem to Azure migration programs
• Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive proactive ownership of delivery outcomes and unblock issues
• Coordinate across UK and US stakeholders
• Maintain RAID logs and governance reporting
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance
• Create monthly steering committee reports
• Managing the program budget
• Creating detailed go live plans

Requirements:

• Degree level ideally technical; PMP or alternate Project qualification
• Strong experience in on-prem to Azure migration
• 12+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with migration strategies (lift-and-shift, re-platform, re-architect)
• Understanding of integration patterns and hybrid cloud
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud migration programmes
• Experience working with global (UK-US) teams
• Experience managing complex dependencies and multiple workstreams
