Northrop Grumman is a leading company in technological advancements, and they are seeking a versatile Project Manager to serve as the Space Sector Lead for Facilities Service Agreements. This role involves overseeing risk management and leading the Space Sector Use & Occupancy process while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Space Sector Lead for the management of janitorial, building engineering, elevator/electrical maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal, fire‑life safety, HVAC, café/food services, waste disposal, and recycling contracts provided by JLL
- Partner with the JLL Space Sector Director and NG Corporate PMO on all JLL contract aspects
- Identify additions and removals of facilities and associated services; coordinate with NG facilities managers and JLL Space Sector Director to execute changes
- Review and approve change‑control requests for facility additions, deletions, and service scaling
- Participate In And Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Monthly NGSP‑JLL Governance Meetings
- Optimization efforts
- Bi‑monthly Space Sector & JLL Space Director tag‑ups
- Change Network meetings
- Own quarterly JLL supplier rating inputs (SAMS process), collecting input from sites, consolidating data, and providing analysis for the Space Sector
- Respond to Global Supply Chain (GSC) inquiries on site feedback and ensure PRs sent to GSC are not in‑scope for JLL
- Act as Sector ERM Lead, overseeing identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks to critical facilities and infrastructure within Space Sector
- Work with regional facility leads and the Corporate Facilities Risk Management Team to select annual critical facilities, conduct assessments, and maintain up‑to‑date risk data in the designated database
- Meet key ERM milestones and ensure continuous risk tracking, monitoring, and remediation
- Lead Property Loss Prevention Survey activities, review recommendations, coordinate implementation with sites, and align outcomes with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Serve as the Space Sector U&O focal point
- Collaborate with regional U&O points of contact to build and validate the Performer Data Validation Worksheet (DVW)
- Validate and approve requester space occupancy
- Attend Corporate MOA coordination meeting and collaborate with other Sectors to execute annual MOA process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of diverse experience in Program/Project Management, Business Management and Strategy or related experience; Master's degree with 5 year of experience
- Familiarity with maintaining and organizing form documentation for compliance purposes
- Basic understanding of facility operations and systems, including asset management and supply chain coordination
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience developing presentations and signage
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including site management and external personnel
- Demonstrated capability to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and support multiple concurrent projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements aligned with organizational goals
- Ability to handle classified materials and support security reviews. Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances, as applicable
- Willingness to support team members and programs in a flexible, adaptable capacity as needed
- Understanding of cost account tracking and reporting processes is a plus
- Experience in a government-contracted industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience with facility management
- Experience with cost accounts and budget management
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
