Product Manager

Gainwell Technologies is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable communities through innovative technology solutions. The Product Manager will drive the development and strategy of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and analyzing user needs to inform product vision and roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Analyze stakeholder needs, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Translate strategy into detailed roadmap and features and prioritize features for engineering and scrum teams
• Collaborate with engineering, design, stakeholders, and presales to guide product development, launch, and positioning
• Define success metrics (KPIs) and use data to make informed decisions and measure product performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (or related roles such as project management or technical positions)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Product Management certification (flexible on type)
• Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable product plans, leveraging strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Solid technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams and assess feasibility, with proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle
