The role involves engaging with customers, assisting them with transportation services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner
- Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner
- Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs
Requirements:
- MUST RESIDE IN DADE, BROWARD OR PALM BEACH COUNTY
- This is a FULLY REMOTE Position and you must have your own equipment

- Must be fully bilingual in English & Spanish
