They are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales & Product Specialist to deliver high-quality product demonstrations and engage with clients in capital markets, helping them understand how Esprow's solutions can address their integration and trading challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations of Esprow’s applications to prospective and existing clients across capital markets organizations
- Understand clients’ trading environments, workflows, technical architectures, and integration challenges in order to position Esprow’s solutions effectively
- Conduct technical presentations, workshops, webinars, onboarding sessions, and client training activities
- Explain complex protocol-level and trading-system concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams during enterprise sales cycles, proof-of-concept activities, product evaluations, and technical discussions
- Support client evaluation and onboarding activities by helping clients understand how Esprow’s solutions fit within their infrastructure and operational workflows
- Maintain and continuously improve demonstration environments, test scenarios, datasets, and supporting presentation materials
- Work with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to provide feedback from client discussions and help improve product usability and technical positioning
- Contribute to technical marketing activities including webinars, presentations, technical articles, conference participation, and educational materials where required
- Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, product communication materials, and solution-oriented client content
- Stay up to date with developments in trading technology, FIX Protocol standards, exchange connectivity, APIs, and capital markets infrastructure
Requirements:
- Strong practical experience with FIX Protocol from both technical and business perspectives
- Solid understanding of capital markets and electronic trading environments, including trading workflows, order lifecycle, exchanges, OMS/EMS systems, execution flows, allocations, and post-trade concepts
- Experience working with financial messaging protocols and APIs such as FIX, ITCH, OUCH, binary or proprietary exchange protocols, REST APIs, or similar technologies
- Experience working with trading systems, exchange connectivity, certification testing, protocol validation, or financial technology platforms
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand sophisticated enterprise trading architectures involving multiple systems and protocols
- Excellent spoken and written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially in client-facing technical discussions and live demonstrations
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a structured and understandable manner
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism in written and verbal communication
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a distributed international team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules and client requirements
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile financial institutions and technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering software demonstrations, technical pre-sales activities, or client-facing implementation support
- Experience with API lifecycle management, certification testing, simulation platforms, or automated testing tools
- Familiarity with messaging concepts such as request/reply, subscriptions, dictionaries, transports (TCP/IP), and session management
- Experience working alongside QA, testing, or product validation teams
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles within financial technology environments
- Experience participating in industry conferences, webinars, or technical thought leadership activities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or similar technical field
