Manage the corporate marketing contingency and maintain rolling list of asks across all functions of the organization
Work with the Functional Strategy and Planning team to ensure budget execution and quarterly spend completion
Track and update reports and executive decks to support business needs for both planning and headcount reporting as well as ad hoc requests for upper management
Design, implement, and streamline reports and dashboards using Salesforce platforms to track key metrics and ROI efficiencies for consolidated marketing budgets
Connect with business partners within marketing and across the wider organization and act as a key source of insights
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations
Advanced Excel skills required
Financial background a plus
Knowledge of GAAP based accounting recognition policies preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
