NOARK Electric is a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical components for industrial and commercial applications. The Key Accounts Sales Manager will lead electrical sales in the U.S. and Canada for data center customers, managing relationships and achieving sales targets for high voltage equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management for the electrical components and high voltage equipment sectors
- Lead and coordinate the local team members that support the technical and logistics of providing products to the Data Center
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the data center markets
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, winning new business and expanding our customer base
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales order and forecast reports, ensuring accurate tracking of sales data and hitting targets
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
- Manage and communicate effectively across different time zones and cultures, particularly with China-based teams
- Cooperate with marketing and product management teams to execute marketing events, exhibitions, and develop solutions
- Collect and analyze market trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Selling power distribution products for 8 + years
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred or a technical degree in engineering or science
- Proven sales management experience in T&D and Low Voltage Power systems, experience with companies such as ABB, Eaton, Toshiba, Schneider, or Siemens is preferred and ideal
- Familiar with the local energy industry and power distribution system is preferred
- An established network within the development and construction of the data centers
- A record of managing sales volume exceeding 100 million USD
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English
- A diligent spirit, proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to handle sales target pressure
- Ability to structure and analyze situations, propose measures, implement, and follow up effectively
- Experience in cross-cultural management and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the extended team towards achieving their goals
