Project Manager V #26-11381

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver distinct projects, providing leadership and direction while partnering with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects with a moderate to high level of regulatory oversight and risk profiles ranging from moderately high to high
• Lead the delivery of Tier 2 and / or Tier 3 projects, with the potential to lead Tier 1 projects. Indirectly manage cross-LoB project teams consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs, and Technology Resources
• Track, forecast, and manage project budgets
• Serve as a change agent, guiding cross-functional teams through complex change from concept to execution
• Facilitate meetings (approximately 50% of the time) and interact with internal stakeholders
• Ensure project compliance, delivering results on time and within budget
• Foster a cohesive team environment and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to stay focused under pressure and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations
• Budget Management
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
• Undergraduate Degree
• Project Management Certification is ideal
• Experience working within a large organization on complex projects is preferred
• Experience with Credit Card (TSYS) and Clarity
