HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub. The role involves supporting enterprise financial systems, accounting transformations, and financial reporting while collaborating with Finance and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle General Ledger (GL)
- Manage COA, ledgers, calendars, and accounting setups
- Support journal imports, postings, approvals, allocations, revaluations, and translations
- Support month-end and period-close activities
- Design and support FAH/AHCS integrations for external systems
- Configure and maintain SLA rules, mapping sets, and account derivation rules
- Troubleshoot accounting and interface issues
- Support integrations using FBDI, ADFdi, and OIC
- Perform subledger-to-GL and account reconciliations
- Support audit, SOX controls, and financial compliance
- Develop/support OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View reports
- Resolve production support issues related to journals, interfaces, and close activities
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience
- Strong Oracle GL experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH/AHCS) experience
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Hands-on experience with journal processing and period close
- Experience configuring accounting rules and troubleshooting accounting issues
- Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, OIC, or similar integration tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles
- Experience with reconciliations, audit controls, and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with Finance and IT stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AP, AR, FA, and Expenses modules preferred
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View reporting
