They are seeking a driven Software Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and to help businesses understand how custom technology can transform their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound and warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries
- Schedule and host initial discovery and qualification calls to understand client goals, pain points, and project requirements
- Ask strategic questions to determine lead quality, project scope, budget fit, and decision-making readiness
- Effectively communicate Alpha Bravo Development’s services, process, and value proposition to prospective clients
- Accurately document call notes, lead details, and qualification results in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to transition qualified leads into deeper project discussions or proposals
- Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads to nurture relationships until they are sales-ready
- Track and report on lead status, pipeline progress, and qualification metrics
- Represent the company professionally and uphold our reputation for clear communication, reliability, and premium service
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of professional sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in the United States
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Tech or SaaS sales experience
- Familiarity with custom software or services
- Located in EST time zone
- Experience selling into service-based industries
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
