About this role
Sprezzatura is a mission-driven, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in secure, scalable, and human-centered digital solutions. They are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their OMEGA program, where the role involves writing user stories, developing processes, and fostering collaboration among project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Develop and document processes and workflows
- Produce clear written communication explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
- Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
- Salesforce certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies
