AO Globe Life is hiring individuals to join their mission-driven, fully remote team. This role focuses on building meaningful client relationships and guiding individuals through benefit options while providing structured mentorship and training.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
- Support clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
- Deliver excellent client service and build lasting relationships
- Participate in weekly mentorship sessions and professional development meetings
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools
- Passion for service and helping others
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
