Responsibilities:
- Reach out to individuals who have requested information about coverage options
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life, accident, and supplemental benefits
- Guide clients through the enrollment and policy education process
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve performance and share strategies
Requirements:
- Strong communicator comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Access to a Windows-based computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet
