Experience Required:

6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Quality Assurance
Experience with workflow automation, HR systems, or government applications is preferred
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (experience can substitute for degree)
Certifications like CBAP, ISTQB, or similar are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Coordinate project schedules, implementation plans, and release activities
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
Create test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
Work closely with HR teams, developers, project managers, and technical teams
Manage Agile/SCRUM activities including user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management in Azure DevOps
Support HR workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and process documentation
Facilitate meetings/workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements and system improvements
Assist with business process redesign and system integration assessments

Required Skills:

Strong Business Analysis and QA documentation skills
Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Ability to create user stories, functional specs, test plans, and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of workflow/process analysis and system testing
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
