Senior Motion Designer

Serval is an AI-native automation platform transforming how enterprises operate. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will lead the creative vision and execution of motion graphics across product and brand, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and brand identity while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and graphic video content across a variety of media: product UI/UX, marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, social content, promos, trailers, and more
• Work hands-on — from storyboarding and styleframes to animatics and final motion design delivery. You’ll bring ideas to life, using both 2D and 3D techniques
• Establish, evolve, and maintain motion design guidelines, templates, and toolkits that can scale across different teams and projects. (e.g. for product UI, brand campaigns, social, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, UI/UX teams, engineers, marketing, and other creatives to ensure motion supports both user experience and brand objectives
• Manage multiple projects — scoping, scheduling, and delivering motion work on time, while maintaining high creative and technical standards
