Vulcan Mechanical Services partners with clients to provide expert management of mechanical systems while optimizing life cycle costs. The Business Development Representative will identify and generate leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and develop strategies to expand business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and generating leads
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients
- Developing strategies to expand business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal partners and Leadership to exceed business goals
- Capturing market share
- Providing an excellent customer experience through the sales process
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Prospecting to identify and engage potential clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies to create and sustain business growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships, convey value propositions, and collaborate effectively
- Goal-oriented with an aptitude for identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, independent setting
- Previous experience in the mechanical services industry or building systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communication or a related field in technical sales is preferred
