Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Providence is a comprehensive health care organization that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. The role involves conducting complex financial analyses, identifying areas for improvement, and providing reporting and analytic solutions to leadership to aid in operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in a wide variety of complex financial analyses, including but not limited to revenue and operational improvement
• Conducts financial and operational analyses, identifies areas for improvement, develops and implements recommendations for process improvements
• Provides meaningful reporting and analytic solutions to leadership
• Interprets data and analyses to help business stakeholders in making operational and strategic decisions
• Assigned to one of the following areas based on number of years experience and education: Patient Yield/Front, Mid/Coding Metrics, Payer Yield/Denials, Vendor Performance, PB and/or Post Acute requiring minimal oversight

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years Analytical experience in healthcare financial analysis or related discipline
• 3 years Revenue Cycle or Finance experience
