Greenlyte Carbon Technologies is an energy tech company focused on the production of resilient e-fuels. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the commercial project funnel, driving projects from lead identification to closing while managing stakeholder interactions and ensuring project feasibility assessments are conducted efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage projects across the commercial funnel from lead stage to feasibility and closing
- Structure project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure continuous progress
- Drive feasibility assessments in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Identify bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them
- Act as the operational interface between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain clear communication, alignment, and follow-ups across all involved parties
- Ensure stakeholder accountability by clearly assigning responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps
- Maintain overview and control across multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and continuously improve CRM system to ensure project progress
- Translate opportunities into decision-ready materials and high-quality presentations for leadership and commercial discussions
- Build a deep understanding of our technology, commercial pipeline, and stakeholders
- Take ownership of initial projects and support structuring the funnel
- Establish strong working relationships across teams
- Independently drive multiple projects towards feasibility and closing
- Improve structure, tracking, and communication across the funnel
- Deliver high-quality materials for internal decision-making
- Fully own execution across a defined set of projects
- Become a key enabler of commercial progress and pipeline quality
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in project development, project management, consulting, or similar. Preferred in renewables, Power-to-X, energy, infrastructure or fuels
- Degree in business, engineering, energy, or a related field
- Strong ownership and execution mindset with the ability to independently drive topics forward
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially slide-building)
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
