Role Overview
- Serve as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations
- Lead end-to-end AssetPlanner implementation projects from initiation through completion
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, facility teams, and external partners
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk profiles to ensure contractual compliance and project profitability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in enterprise project management and service delivery
- Experience working with public sector or government clients
- Strong understanding of project financials (budgets, margins, forecasting)
- Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations (preferred: asset management, CMMS, or sustainability platforms).
