Senior Business Development Engineer

Keysight Technologies is at the forefront of technology innovation, delivering breakthroughs in electronic design and testing solutions. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer to drive business results for their Digital and Photonics products in the Americas region, focusing on product launches, sales team enablement, and demand generation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the business and achieving order targets for the Americas region for Digital & Photonics products
• Responsible for training and enabling the sales team in your region and communicating with them regarding new products, new sales tools, etc
• Responsible for regional programs to help drive demand for digital products into the Americas region

Requirements:

• Bachelors, Masters Degree, or University Degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of experience
• Business development experience, preferably in a technical field or the Test and Measurement industry
• Passionate and driven individual who can be counted on by the team and who possesses a deep sense of ownership for their business
• Self-motivated individual who wants to make an impact
• Enjoys working as part of a team and has a team-first approach
• Experience presenting in front of customers
• Experience enabling, communicating, and training a sales team
