Principal Consultant OneStream Technical Developer & Financial Systems Integration - 68511

We have an immediate need for a Principal Consultant OneStream for a hybrid onsite opportunity in Houston, TX 77006. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical consultant with deep expertise in enterprise financial systems, OneStream development, and financial reporting platform integration within complex corporate environments.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using OneStream to support financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting initiatives. You will work extensively on workflows, data sources, cube views, dashboards, transformation rules, and enterprise reporting solutions while implementing scalable OneStream configurations aligned with business and compliance requirements. The role involves developing advanced XFBR business rules and automation scripts using VB.NET, SQL, and C#, managing metadata and hierarchies, and integrating financial data from ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP, and JDE through ETL processes. You will also support UAT, production deployments, issue resolution, reporting enhancements, audit readiness, SOX compliance initiatives, and end-user enablement activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with finance and technical teams to ensure high-performing, scalable, and compliant enterprise financial reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in OneStream development, Oracle Finance Cloud integrations, and scripting technologies such as VB.NET, SQL, and C#. Experience with enterprise financial systems, ETL integrations, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and governance processes is highly preferred. Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite and strong understanding of financial and accounting processes will be a significant advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
