As an Automation Developer within our Professional Services team, you will be a technical lead and trusted advisor for our clients.
Consult with clients to promote the Robotic Operating Model (ROM) and embed Blue Prism development best practices within their organizations.
Serve as the technical point of contact and trusted advisor for clients during project engagements.
Architect, design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Blue Prism automations.
Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring adherence to standards and efficiently managing defect resolution.
Proactively identify opportunities within clients' organizations to expand their automation footprint.

Minimum of 3 years of overall software development experience.
Proven experience leading software delivery projects or making significant contributions to large implementations.
Blue Prism Certified Developer certification.
Mandatory fluency in Spanish and English.
Understanding and hands-on experience in Blue Prism development is a plus.
Proficiency in .NET or Python.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.
