Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager / QA Lead with 15+ years of hands-on testing experience to lead enterprise QA initiatives across Manual and Automation projects. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, QA Governance, and team management. Experience in Accounting, Banking, Financial Services, or Utilities domains is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities for enterprise applications
- Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing standards
- Manage Manual and Automation testing efforts
- Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects
- Coordinate Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and product teams
- Track defects, risks, and release readiness
- Provide status reporting and quality metrics to leadership
Required Skills
- 15+ years of QA/Test Management experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing
- Expertise in:
- Test Strategy
- Test Planning
- Defect Management
- QA Governance
- Team Leadership
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Preferred
- Experience in Accounting, Banking, Financial Services, or Utilities
- Exposure to enterprise automation frameworks and CI/CD environments
