Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
Negotiate and support management of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating team
Monitor affiliate performance (FTDs, NGR, retention, quality of traffic)
Optimize campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI
Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and compliance standards defined by the operating entity.
Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Management, with a strong preference for LATAM
Proven experience working with LATAM markets
Existing portfolio of active affiliates
Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models
Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar)
Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
