Title: Product Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- Applying Product Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) of the five (5) years as a Senior Product Manager of one or more large and complex information technology projects.
- Working as a product manager on medium to large digital initiatives for public and private organizations.
- Working with agile development methodologies in iterative development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Managing product backlogs and sprint planning.
- Creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience delivering stabilization, modernization or digital transformation initiatives within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience incorporating organizational change management principles into product delivery.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying product management practices in public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Possession of a valid and current *Agile Certification (Examples include Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Professional Scrum Master I, AgilePM Foundation).
