United Consulting Hub is a company in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry, and they are seeking a Process Engineer to support the design, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes. The role involves ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical/life sciences products
Monitor process performance and implement improvements for efficiency and quality
Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and production
Analyze data and prepare technical reports/documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in pharma or life sciences (freshers with strong knowledge are welcome!)
Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
