Aries Solutions Intl Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to manage and execute all aspects of ServiceNow modernization technology projects. The role involves ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with clients policies
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for the client Teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties
- Minimum of two years' experience as a project manager
- Sound understanding of technical issues
- Outstanding planning skills (experience in preparation of project plans as a must)
- Scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
- Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff
- Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with clients policies
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the client Teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- PMP certification
